This Service Policy explains how we manage quotes, orders, timelines, warranties, and service responsibilities to ensure clarity and trust in every project.

All quotes issued by H-Town Coaters are based on the information provided by the client at the time of request. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Pricing may vary depending on:

• Project size, complexity, and material condition
• Preparation requirements (blasting, cleaning, masking, or stripping)
• Color, finish, or special-order powder availability
• Environmental or compliance requirements

A quote does not represent a binding contract. A project is confirmed only upon written approval, signed service agreement, or official purchase order.

Estimated completion times are provided as a guideline only.
Turnaround may vary depending on:

• Current production volume
• Material readiness or delivery delays
• Weather and curing conditions
• Availability of specialty powders or finishes

We strive to meet or exceed all stated timelines and maintain open communication if delays occur.

Payment terms will be detailed on each invoice or project agreement.

• For commercial and B2B clients, terms may be Net 15, Net 30, or as contractually agreed.
• Deposits may be required for new clients or large custom orders.
• Accepted payment methods include credit card, ACH, or business check.

Late payments may be subject to interest or collection fees as permitted by Texas law.

We stand behind the quality of every coating we produce.
Our workmanship is guaranteed against defects caused by improper application or curing for a period defined in your project agreement.

This guarantee does not cover:

• Damage from misuse, improper handling, or installation
• Exposure to chemicals or conditions outside powder specifications
• Substrate defects or contamination prior to coating
• Modifications made after delivery (cutting, drilling, welding, etc.)

If a workmanship issue is identified within the covered period, H-Town Coaters will inspect and, if applicable, repair or recoat the affected part at no additional cost.

Requests to cancel or modify an order must be made in writing before production begins.
Orders already in process may incur material or labor charges.
Custom colors, special-order powders, or rush projects are non-refundable once purchased or applied.

Due to the custom nature of powder coating, all sales are final once coating has begun.
Refunds are not offered except in the case of verified workmanship defects covered under our quality guarantee.
Clients are responsible for inspecting materials upon pickup or delivery to ensure satisfaction before installation or use.

H-Town Coaters is not liable for:

• Damage or loss resulting from improper installation, storage, or transportation of coated materials
• Delays caused by third parties or external factors beyond our control
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profits or business interruption

In no case shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

We operate in compliance with OSHA, EPA, TCEQ, and all applicable Texas safety and environmental regulations.
Our powders are VOC-free, lead-free, and solvent-free, and we recycle overspray materials wherever possible to reduce waste.
